"Gold Coins" (GC) are the free virtual currency for entertainment play with no monetary value. "Sweeps Coins" (SC) are the promotional virtual currency obtainable only for free and redeemable for prizes under applicable sweepstakes rules.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Zula Casino platform, registering an account, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Sweepstakes Rules, and any additional terms applicable to specific features or promotions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Eligibility
To use Zula Casino, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher)
- Be physically located in a permitted US state at the time of play
- Not be located in a restricted territory — currently Washington, Idaho, or Michigan; Sweeps Coins gameplay is additionally restricted in New York and California
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of SCPS LLC, Blazesoft, or their affiliates
- Hold only one active Zula Casino account
We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
To access the Zula Casino platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Only one account is permitted per person and per household. Creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any coin balances or pending prizes being forfeited.
5. Virtual Currencies
Gold Coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased directly in isolation, and cannot be redeemed for any prizes or cash under any circumstances. They are for entertainment purposes only. Sweeps Coins are a promotional virtual currency obtainable only for free through the welcome bonus, daily login rewards, referral bonuses, social media promotions, mail-in requests, or as a promotional bonus accompanying optional GC purchases. SC cannot be purchased directly.
Sweeps Coins are eligible for redemption once a minimum balance of 50 SC has been accumulated and the 1x playthrough requirement has been met. All virtual currencies are non-transferable and have no value outside the Zula Casino platform. Welcome bonus coins expire 60 days after being credited.
6. Optional Coin Purchases
Players may optionally purchase Gold Coin packages to extend their entertainment gameplay. All purchases are voluntary and final. Eligible GC purchases also include bonus Sweeps Coins as described in current package terms. Package contents and prices are subject to change at any time. No purchase is ever required to participate in sweepstakes or to win prizes.
7. Sweepstakes Rules and Prize Redemption
Zula Casino operates under a promotional sweepstakes model. No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins or to participate in sweepstakes. Alternative means of entry are available as described in the full Sweepstakes Rules at ZulaCasino.com. Prize redemptions require account verification (KYC) before processing. Minimum redemption amount is 50 SC. Daily redemption limit is 9,550 SC (4,900 SC in Florida and New Jersey). Redemption processing takes up to 3 business days for bank transfers and Skrill, and up to 24 hours for gift cards.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Attempting to manipulate games, outcomes, or promotional systems
- Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials or virtual currencies
- Accessing the platform from a restricted state or territory
- Using a VPN or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all coin balances and pending redemptions, and prohibition from re-registering.
9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

Zula Casino is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continued availability of any specific game or feature. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SCPS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable US law. Any disputes arising from your use of the Zula Casino platform shall be subject to binding arbitration. By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against SCPS LLC or Blazesoft.
